What to send with a proof or packing request.
Product identity
Send the product category, profile code, drawing, section photo, dimensions, material, finish, and application. This avoids mixing baseboard, casing, door jamb, shutter components, or wall siding into the wrong category.
Packing requirement
Send bundle, carton, pallet, label, protection, and container-loading notes when they matter to the order. If there is a distributor or private-label requirement, include it early.
Commercial context
Send quantity, destination, timeline, repeat-order expectation, and whether samples or finished product proof photos are needed before shipment.

Does product proof replace drawings and dimensions?
